Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
    • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Process
    • Email support@pineconehemp.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
    • Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
  3. Non-Refundable Items
    • Products purchased on sale or marked as final sale.
    • Opened or used items (due to safety reasons).
  4. Shipping Costs
    Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
