- Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Process
- Email support@pineconehemp.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Products purchased on sale or marked as final sale.
- Opened or used items (due to safety reasons).
- Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
